Earlier this year, Insider profiled 67 trailblazing Black women working in corporate America, asking them about their rise to the top, about their struggles getting there, and for the best career advice they'd received.

Their answers were raw and honest.

Now we're turning our attention to corporate Europe – seeking women from minority backgrounds who have risen to senior ranks in a white-dominated space.

We're building a list of hundreds of women to ask about their career journeys, and we want your help.
